About the Role

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, driven Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in outside sales—preferably in construction equipment, industrial supplies, or related fields. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can build relationships, hunt for new business, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently close deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a sales territory focused on concrete equipment, tools, and accessories
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities (“hunter” mentality)
Maintain consistent activity and tracking within our CRM
Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and industry professionals
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes
Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Manage your schedule, territory visits, and follow-ups independently
Promote Building Connections’ products, solutions, and value to new and existing customers

Qualifications

3+ years of proven success in outside sales
Experience in construction equipment, industrial tools, or similar industries strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Highly organized and disciplined with territory and CRM management
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
Valid driver’s license (work truck provided)

Compensation and Benefits

$40,000-$50,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions
