Equipment, Accessories & Tools Sales Are Final
At Building Connections, we take pride in providing high-quality concrete equipment, accessories, and tools. Due to the nature of these products, all sales of equipment and machinery are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items once the purchase is completed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or appears to be defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for repair or replacement.
